Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SkyVault website and Minecraft server, operated by SkyVault Interactive SIA (reg. no. 40203451987, VAT LV40203451987), Brīvības iela 103, Rīga, LV-1001, Latvia ("we", "us"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or playing on the server you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. What we sell

We sell digital, cosmetic in-game items (and donor ranks) that are activated on your linked Minecraft account. Items are purely visual or convenience-based and confer no unfair competitive advantage. The catalogue, prices and item availability may change at any time, and cosmetics may be modified or retired as the server evolves.

3. Prices, currency & payment

Prices are shown in your selected display currency and converted from our base currency (EUR) for convenience; the amount charged is shown before you confirm. Applicable taxes are included where required. Payment is taken by card through our payment provider, or from your wallet balance. During the current beta, card payments run in test mode and no real charge is made.

4. Delivery

Purchases are delivered to the Minecraft username linked to your account, usually within seconds. If you are offline they are applied on your next login. It is your responsibility to keep your linked username correct — items delivered to a username you entered cannot be recovered if that username is wrong.

5. Wallet balance

You may top up a wallet balance and spend it on future purchases. Wallet funds are store credit, have no cash value beyond their balance, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not a deposit-taking or e-money service.

6. Licence

Cosmetic items grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them in-game. You may not resell, share, or exploit items or your account commercially.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our server rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts, and reverse or withhold deliveries, for cheating, harassment, fraud, chargeback abuse, or breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and the European Union. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Latvia, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
